In accordance with the good business practices for non-profit organizations in Connecticut, Friends periodically reviews and updates its Bylaws.  Below are the Friends of the Danbury Library Bylaws ratified and approved by the Trustees on November 17, 2025 which are now to be reviewed by its Members. These Bylaws will then be voted on to be officially ratified and approved by said Members at the Annual Meeting to be held June 29, 2026.

All 2025 and 2026 paid Members as of June 8th have been formally invited to the meeting and are eligible to vote.
