In accordance with the good business practices for non-profit organization in Connecticut, Friends periodically reviews and updates its Bylaws and CT Certificate of Amendment.

Below are the Friends of the Danbury Library Bylaws ratified and approved by the Trustees on November 17, 2025 which are now to be reviewed below by its Members.  These Bylaws will then be officially ratified and approved at the Annual Meetings to be held April 20, 2026.
