Described by the Author as "not strictly a quilt book in the sense that it tells how to make a quilt. Rather it is a history of quilts and their makers- a social history of early America."

Overall Condition: Very Fine/Good.. Pages and Boards are clean and without markings.  Binding is tight.  Dust Jacket has some tearing and snagging along  spine and some overall edge chipping.     Small area cut out on upper front flap.  Some age discoloration, and darkening along spine.
